If Garage Door Ninja is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. A refund of your first payment ends the service right away.
Cancel any time
Plans are month to month. Cancel in the app (Settings, Manage billing or cancel) or email us; you will not be charged again, and the service runs to the end of the month you paid for. Months after the first are not refunded.
How to ask
Write to support@garagedoorninja.app from the email you joined with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe.
